As part of Stantec’s Office of Innovation, Neeraj is passionate about helping our communities grow sustainably and re-invent themselves as smart, safe, and connected ecosystems. He’s a certified scrum product owner with experience conducting client workshops focused towards co-creating simple but intuitive concept solutions, developing solution roadmaps, and practicing agile digital application development and delivery.
Neeraj leverages the latest technological advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IOT), digital twins, natural language processing, sentiment analytics, and mobile and cloud technologies for developing human-centric innovative digital applications. The goal? Help our clients provide the best customer experience to their community, reduce operational expenditure, and plan new capital development schemes in the most sustainable way.
In addition, Neeraj also advocates for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG) and tries to find ways of providing a stage for this community of developing professionals to explore their potential for leading in their own way.
Beyond office work, you’ll find Neeraj engaged in sports activities, supporting his favorite soccer team (Manchester United) and Indian National cricket team, exploring different genres of music, discovering new tech gadgets, or cooking delicious meals for family and friends.
