Marion is a senior sustainability consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering certified outcomes through BREEAM, WELL, LEED, and infrastructure benchmarking—bringing guidance across complex developments, from concept to completion.
A seasoned practice lead for geotechnical engineering and geohazards, Mark has expertise in geohazards and slope instability. He leads the technical output of a national UK team of geotechnical engineers for ports, rail, highways, and other projects.
Mark is an regional director in our Water group with responsibility for delivering strategic planning, asset management, capital design and operational water engineering programmes across northern Ireland and Ireland.
Mark works on the delivery and development of planning and multidisciplinary services, especially for the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and commercial developments.
Mark is a chartered town planner with over 10 years of experience who worked on a wide variety of projects from major mixed-use developments to small-scale residential schemes.
Mark leads our Mobility Analytics team and was instrumental in the development of StratEV, an electric vehicle (EV) modelling tool. An experienced engineering lead and project manager, he also oversees the team in delivering a range of projects.
