Acting on behalf of Bloor Homes, we worked with Wigan Council to secure planning application permission to deliver up to 300 new homes in the historic village of Standish, Wigan.
The Stoke-on-Trent City Council engaged Stantec’s professionals to help navigate the complex planning, consenting, and approvals process to upgrade their Energy from Waste (EfW) facility.
We delivered masterplanning and mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) performance-based design for a mixed-use regeneration of the Stonebridge Estate.
Working with the South East of Scotland Transport Partnership (SEStran), we conducted a desktop survey, stakeholder consultation, and site audits to develop new and upgrade existing cycle infrastructure.
