As part of the Corporate Sustainability team, Rachel leads our global social and environmental sustainability integration. Applying the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal framework, she helps our global experts become leaders in climate solutions.
As head of Water resources at Stantec, Dr Rachel provides a service offering across all aspects of the water environment, including water resources, hydrology, fate and transport modelling, catchment management and flood risk.

Ray is a chartered mechanical engineer with water industry experience in the UK and Australia. Currently, he works in the Irish industry, developing wastewater treatment proposals that aim to eliminate significant pressures to local rivers.
Focusing on radioactive waste management and environmental compliance, Rebecca has worked across the nuclear sector on decommissioning activities including environmental, disposability, and records assessments.
Rebecca brings over 15 years of experience to her role as stakeholder and consultations manager. Working in London, she supports nationally significant infrastructure projects that require development consent orders and other major consents.
A sustainability director with Stantec, Rebecca is committed to adapting the built environment using an evidence-based approach to understanding future climate risk.
