隨著桃園市積極推動下水道及水資源回收中心的工程建設，下水道接管率大幅提升，未來相關下水道管線系統亦將愈趨完善。因此管線資料的管理益形重要，而對於已完成的下水道系統與污水廠理廠也需要妥善操作維護，確保下水道系統的服務水準。
我們團隊協助桃園市建置桃園下水道雲端智慧管理系統，藉由使用IoT, AR, GIS等先進技術，充分掌握下水道系統的最新狀況，以有效進行維護及修繕等經常性工作。除此之外，將下水道工程資訊藉由統一的資料格式制定及彙整，針對轄區內下水道圖資進行建檔工作，並採用地理資訊化管理，整合全市的圖資及有效處理複雜龐大資料，進而提升行政管理效率。並將下水道相關民眾申辦業務線上化，有效提升便民服務與行政作業效率。
該案榮獲智慧城市創新應用獎，並被發表於2018全球智慧城市報告書中。
