Walgreens has always been known as a leading drugstore, but a few years ago they wanted to be more – a trusted resource for all health needs and a destination for wellness and shopping. They needed a partner with significant retail experience and the creativity to help them reach their goal, so they hired our architects and engineers to make their vision a reality.
Time and money – we understand how important they are to any business, so we make sure our work will have the greatest impact. For Walgreens, we spent several years preparing over 300 site investigation reports, which gathers all the information to help decide where and how to redevelop. We know that the best outcome starts with smart planning.
The new Walgreens stores deliver a brand new healthcare and retail experience. Designed around the needs of the modern customer, the new store brings the pharmacist out from behind the counter to better counsel patients. The design is similarly friendly, with a bright, open layout, better visibility, and prominent space for their new fresh foods line.
