As a director of local authorities, Roger supports the delivery of both key services and projects for a variety of local authority clients, mobilizing and delivering place-based professional services partnerships.
Roger is a principal and the physical environment team lead for the environmental services business center. He’s a technical specialist in the areas of groundwater supply assessment, source water protection and contaminant hydrogeology.
Roger is a senior associate and final acceptance specialist who works with public and private clients on projects involving maintenance and reconstruction of underground facilities, concrete, and asphalt.
As Senior Principal Civil Engineer, Roger provides leadership and expert advice to clients and colleagues. Working as an infrastructure engineer, he contributes directly to the health and resilience of people and the environment.
As a senior construction coordinator, project manager, and geomatics specialist, Roger has dedicated many years to building positive relationships and designing new communities.
With over 33 years’ experience on projects across the globe, Roger investigates, designs, and constructs sewage treatment plants, as well as stormwater drainage, water supply, and sewerage trunk infrastructure. He leads design and modeling teams.
Roger has worked both as an architectural technologist and contract administrator. Now, he serves as a project manager in our St. John’s office delivering projects from proposal through to completion of construction.
