A design consultant, Cole has worked for over 17 years in the oil and gas industry—as a rig welder first and then later as a designer. Recently, Cole has been working with virtual reality (VR) toolsets to review and visualize project designs.
As a seasoned principal and environmental planner, Coleen has a keen ability to engage and facilitate multiple interests—helping create multi-benefit outcomes that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and invest participants in the outcome.
As the studio lead for security, Coleman approaches projects from a risk management perspective and has worked on hyperscale and enterprise data centers, power generation plants, facilities related to critical national infrastructure, and more.
With a Ph.D. in anthropology, Colin brings over 25 years of professional and academic experience to his work providing Canada-wide guidance and direction on the assessment of effects to Indigenous rights and interests in regulatory applications.
With extensive experience in utility planning and water infrastructure delivery, Colin is a civil engineer focused on supporting land development and transportation projects with the design and analysis of stormwater systems.
Known for stormwater modeling and strategy planning, Colin believes that in-sewer monitoring to assess flow changes is key to successful network operation—to see if assumptions for climate change, growth, and aging of the network arise as expected.
Dr Colin Kemp has held many roles in his nearly 30 years with Stantec and works on projects involving data management, analysis, and modeling as well as custom app and program creation.
Colin is a senior archaeologist and heritage planning consultant listed with the Register of Professional Archaeologists. He’s managed hundreds of archaeological and heritage assessment projects across Ontario and eastern Canada.
