With almost 40 years of experience in multidisciplinary transportation project delivery for various clients including the BC Public Service, Shawn is a principal and regional construction lead for Stantec’s Transportation group in British Columbia.

As project engineer, Shawn enjoys the collaborative nature of this industry—working effectively with a variety disciplines, clients, contractors, and stakeholders is key to a successful project.
Shawn has designed client spaces in the education, corporate, light industrial, and government sectors. His specialization is in laboratory planning, and he serves on a board of directors that supports emerging leaders in Butler County.
An instrumentation and controls (I&C) engineer in training who works on the water and wastewater treatment projects, Shayan helps design piping and instrumentation diagrams and reviews instrument specifications and design network block diagrams.
