Thomas leads federal and state brownfield programs across the Southeast and mid Atlantic. He helps communities remediate sites, secure grants, and support sustainable reuse through practical, regulation savvy solutions.
Tom has over 25 years of experience in the design, research, program development, and project management of projects ranging from high-end corporate commercial to K-12 and higher education facilities.
Thomas is a director for our Buildings Project Management group who heads up our Berlin office. He has extensive experience in technical project management across Germany and in Europe.
As an engineering discipline lead for Stantec’s Philadelphia office, Tom guides the engineering team. He has a particular interest in integrating building engineering with architectural design to achieve holistic building efficiency and performance.
A project manager and expert in floodplain management and mapping, Tom is a member of the Association of State Floodplain Managers, and he helps apply the Community Rating System to projects in the State of Kansas.
A bridge and structural engineer, Thomas has worked on a series of commercial, infrastructure, residential, and industrial projects, producing design work that incorporates constructability and material efficiency with strong attention to detail.
Based in Clearwater, Florida, Thomas leads our water and wastewater infrastructure practice group. With extensive experience, he’s implemented and managed a large variety of water and wastewater design and construction projects.
