Neil has more than 25 years of experience as a building services engineer and plays a pivotal role in project delivery and management, while also contributing to the strategic growth and development of Stantec’s London and South East Buildings teams.
A leader with Stantec’s Energy group, Neil has a passion for promoting nuclear energy alongside other clean energy technologies within a whole systems approach to decarbonising the energy sector—advocating for its role in meeting net zero targets.
An environmental engineer and regional discipline lead for process engineering, Neil is focused on sustainable wastewater treatment on projects worldwide—from hydraulic design of stormwater pumping stations to water reuse strategies.
Neil provides environmental assessment leadership for major UK development and infrastructure projects. He leads complex EIAs and planning processes, advising public and private clients with a practical, proportionate approach to delivery.
