We began working as a CSSR advisor, offering a holistic approach to tackling business challenges for a multi-national multimedia conglomerate. To date, we are managing more than half of the total CSSR program and handling the majority of the more complex factories. Annually, we complete the audits for over 500 factories and coach them to correct the errors in what we have found.

Our findings guide the client’s decision for the screening and managing of suppliers. Our in-house professional follow-up team further provided technical assistances to the selected suppliers for improvement of HSE and labor performances. More importantly, we have tailored a corrective action plan (CAP) and HSE permitting roadmap for each factory and coaching them on closing findings and obtaining HSE permits.
