With over 32 years of environmental experience, Mike is familiar with all facets of wetland studies, permitting, environmental assessments, and environmental impact analyses. His sensitivity and skill have led to a well-deserved reputation for standing in his client’s shoes. He uses that insight to be proactive with potential issues and to complete permitting processes without costly delays.
The Guardian Glass Industries Environmental Impact Statement project was exemplary of the challenges, the necessary skill sets, and the successful outcomes that Mike enjoys. The site for a new glass factory required relocations of roads, wetlands, and utilities as well as numerous permits and a court challenge—all on a tight time frame. Mike’s team succeeded in not only bringing a new industry to NY but also in creating 300 jobs.
Mike’s most prized possession is his boat. It’s something that he and his family get to enjoy together, though quality time excursions with his granddaughter often end at the playground in his local park.
