Monique’s background in civil engineering design and management allows her to view project needs and teams from an advantageous viewpoint. Starting her career in construction, she’s developed a diversified project career with experience in transportation, infrastructure, industrial facilities, and utility projects. Monique provides program and project management, civil engineering, and permitting and regulatory compliance expertise to her clients and project teams.
By serving as the environmental manager for the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Monique gained experience and perspective as an industrial operator. Her varied experience in construction, managing projects from the owner’s side, and managing projects as a consultant, allow Monique to view projects and their needs from stakeholder perspectives. She shares her engineering and regulatory expertise with project teams to provide seamless project delivery.
When she’s not busy helping Alaska build its infrastructure, Monique is passionate about the importance of reading and learning, advocating with local literacy efforts and Junior Achievement chapters in her area.
