Ken originally decided to make land surveying his career because of his love for both math and the outdoors. However, he only spent a few years as a party chief before moving into the office to manage projects. These days he serves as a client liaison to groups including the general public, contractors, real-estate firms, architects, law firms, and engineering and construction firms.
Working on projects for clients from large international firms to residential owners (from highrise building construction to fence line surveys), Ken has completed land survey requirements for over 35 years. He works with clients from the start of their project (proposal preparation) all the way to the end of the job, managing staff in both the field and the office.
One of Ken’s greatest joys in his career has been the connections and friendships he’s made along the way—whether that’s with 20 or 30-year clients or with the staff in his office that he mentors. Outside of work, you’ll probably find Ken golfing, playing guitar, or reading up on history and theology.
