Having worked on several major multi-disciplinary projects over his 20-year career, Stephen believes well thought out structural systems lead to better outcomes in terms of cost and safety, as well as playing a significant role in the process and function of the final product.
Stephen values collaborating with others who have the same goal, but with different areas of expertise, that’s where the magic happens. The benefit of collaborating with his team leads to fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
When he isn’t collaborating with other like-minded designers, Stephen can be found supporting his children in their sporting and music endeavors.
