Andy has relocated from our offices in the United Kingdom to Australia where he is a principal civil engineer in Northern New South Wales. Specialising in stormwater and flooding, he has also worked on road and earthworks design for subdivisions, highways, and national and regional parks across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. Andy aims to create and sustain better places for communities and the natural environment through his work.
Andy is particularly interested in delivering sustainable drainage systems and nature-based solutions for flood mitigation. He works with stakeholders like local government, private developers, and landscape architects to deliver project that address flood risk as well as enhance biodiversity and amenity. Ultimately, this supports communities that people want to work, live, and play in.
When he isn’t seeking out solutions inspired by nature, Andy can be found exploring his new neighbourhood with his young family, playing soccer, and bushwalking.
