Ben’s an electrical engineer with over three decades of experience and three master’s degrees who makes a significant impact on projects he’s involved with. His business acumen, with a focus on understanding the client’s business needs and expectations, is evident in his work.
As a firm believer in being better together, Ben’s an advocate of coaching and mentoring. He dedicates time to building up his team, leading to many of them becoming successful project managers and designers. His diverse portfolio of complex projects spans a variety of sectors including commercial, mixed-use, residential, education, and medical centres. Some of Ben’s recent projects include Blundstone Arena, CDC Data Centres, and the AUD$1 billion Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre. He’s also been actively involved with Hobart Airport for 15 years.
In his spare time Ben enjoys travelling with his family, going on motorbike adventures in remote parts of Australia and Africa, and cheering on his favourite Rugby Union teams, the Melbourne Rebels and the Springboks and Wallabies—depending on who’s playing.
