Declan is passionate about people and contributing to a built environment that supports vibrant and connected communities. He currently leads the transport management planning for Melbourne’s major events such as the Australian Open, F1 Grand Prix, and Melbourne Cup Carnival. Beyond events, Declan works on a wide variety of planning projects including walkability enhancement strategies, due diligence advice for greenfield/brownfield acquisitions and integrated land-use planning.
Known to be a talented relationship builder, Declan also serves as the global lead for our Developing Professionals Group, overseeing our chapters in the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia Pacific, and South America. In this role, he chairs the team of country leads, develops regional strategies, enhances leadership capabilities, and champions initiatives that unite early-career professionals across the globe and providing them with opportunities to learn and grow.
Outside of work, Declan’s a keen traveler and enjoys making the most of Melbourne’s events offering.
