Leading from the front, Tavis brings over 20 years of industry experience in the resources and energy sectors. He builds and develops high-performing project teams, then integrates them with client teams and systems to safely deliver projects.
As a principal project manager, Tavis aims to deliver value to clients through either sustaining production levels or growing their asset base. He enjoys seeing a team come together to deliver a common goal, or a new asset or idea transforming from a single thought in planning or design through to the full commissioning and handover.
Tavis has completed new major greenfield projects as well as major and sustaining capital brownfield projects. For renewable energy projects, he works with clients and communities to achieve reductions in admissions.
When Tavis isn’t hard at work on energy and resources projects, he enjoys his touring the Australian outback.
