Frances has over 12 years of diverse experience working alongside water utilities and local councils across Australia, helping them plan for future growth. She believes that building strong, trusting relationships and providing great value to clients and colleagues is the key to success.
As a country kid who grew up on a farm alongside a thousand sheep, Frances has a strong affinity with our regional Queensland communities and dedicates herself to understanding the challenges and opportunities that they face. She is a proud advocate for living and working in regional Australia.
Frances lives in Townsville with her partner and two young boys and is currently teaching herself the intricacies of knot selection for fishing rigs to keep up with her kids’ love of all things outdoors.
