Over the 30 years Vic has worked in surveying, he’s gained extensive experience in the land development industry, primarily in large residential subdivisions and major infrastructure projects. Vic has also worked extensively in oil and gas—locally and internationally—in both onshore and offshore projects.
With his varied experience, Vic has gained competency in managing personnel, workloads, and equipment. He has experience in the delivery of technical support services and business development and has a knack for managing budgets and timelines that involve complex milestones. Vic is passionate about combining new technologies with targeted solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of each project. One of the aspects he enjoys most about his role is that surveyors are usually the first on a site and the last to leave, giving a sense of belonging to a project and the community it serves.
At weekends Vic enjoys catching up with his sons and family, exploring bush walking tracks, ocean kayaking, or watching the local football team. Go Coutas!
