Jason’s career in engineering began as a child, dismantling and rebuilding washing machines and lawnmowers. A natural problem solver, he currently leads our Busselton civil engineering team. He proritises open and honest communication and a positive, results-focussed team culture.
Jason’s experience lies primarily in civil construction methodology, Main Roads Western Australia remote highway construction methodologies, and quality assurance and control for civil construction. One of his most memorable projects is the Great Central Highway in Laverton, Western Australia. In addition to building a high-quality, 40-kilometre highway, he worked closely with the community and Indigenous leaders, spearheading a local trainee initiative.
When he isn’t busy leading the civil engineering team, Jason loves adventuring in the outdoors, be it hunting, camping, or just exploring the countryside with his family.
