As a leader of our aquatic ecology team, Sean spends his days supervising highly skilled marine scientists and helping them apply their knowledge to protect and manage marine and freshwater ecosystems.
Sean and his team are a one-stop-shop for marine ecological services with experience across the full breadth of aquatic habitats in Australia and around the world. Recently, they’ve been delivering several seahorse-related projects, helping to improve the safety of these protected species by developing management plans, installing seahorse hotels, and relocating them away from potential project related impacts.
For Sean, work and variety are synonymous. One day, he might be meeting clients and assessing project risk and, the next, diving with sharks and videoing seagrass.
Outside work, Sean enjoys spending more time in the water, surfing and diving, and supporting the Manly Sea Eagles rugby league team.
