Since opening in 2008, our Cardiff office has worked on some of Wales’ most exciting residential, mixed-use, energy, and new communities projects. We remain and continue to be involved in the city’s history of redevelopment and its approach to balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. Our planning, urban design, infrastructure, and environmental planning professionals take inspiration the city’s cultural assets and unique identity to tailor our projects to meet the needs and aspirations of the local communities.
We are proud of our work on all our projects, but Mamlihad Urban Village stands out. Promoting a high quality of life while minimizing the project’s environmental impact, the village is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with ample green spaces and walking paths to encourage physical activity and reduce dependence on cars.
