Home to environmental and historic preservation teams, our Shoal Creek office is situated between downtown, where you can visit our state capitol, and the rapidly expanding north Austin entertainment and business area known as the “Second Downtown.”
In this office, we specialize in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and state antiquities code compliance. We produce categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, historic buildings/structures reports, and other compliance documents. Our team includes U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) permitted biologists, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 404 permitting experts, renewable energy project managers, cartographers, historians, and hazardous materials specialist.
