Steve leads Stantec’s national traffic and revenue practice and is the project manager for all of our west coast traffic and revenue clients. Having spent the past 10 years providing the full range of transportation projects, from master plans and environmental impact studies to major urban corridor designs, he has developed a specialized expertise in analyzing traffic facilities—existing and proposed—and forecasting revenue over a range of scenarios.
Steve is an expert in performing toll facility feasibility studies, conducting capacity and corridor analyses, analyzing trip and parking generation, and creating traffic micro-simulation models. He's completed successful assignments for OCTA, RCTC, TCA, and MTC in California and is currently serving as project manager for the state-wide traffic and revenue on-call contract with WSDOT.
