As a civil engineer with nearly a decade of experience, Larry is inspired to create sustainability within communities. Originally from Florida, he saw the impacts water can have on an area and became motivated to help control how water flows.
Larry specializes in water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater municipal infrastructure projects—he believes that making infrastructure more resilient is important as it’s the backbone of communities. His experience includes project management, preparing technical memoranda and preliminary engineering reports, design, master planning, specs, cost estimates, permitting applications, grant funding applications, pre-construction services, condition assessments, and construction administration and observation. To deliver projects successfully, Larry emphasizes the importance of flexibility and anticipates the future needs of clients.
When not working, Larry can be found hiking and enjoying the outdoors or cooking.
