Based in Walkerton, Indiana, Bob is a seed collection manager. In his role, he’s responsible for seed collection, processing and cleaning, and plant extractions. With a unique ability to find needles in haystacks, Bob can identify most seed species and almost all plant species.
Bob has worked with over 100 rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species and is able to locate and secure any plant species. He has developed a unique strength in securing site locations, working with property owners, setting up lease programs, and assessing both new and existing sites for plant species or seeds. Bob is a strong problem solver and troubleshooter and is known for his use of “outside of the box” solutions when faced with complex problems.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys painting, sculpting, and creating works of art. He also enjoys cooking, baking, and enjoying many high adrenaline sports activities.
