Her goal is to educate and help clients control workplace conditions and hazards to continue to uphold a safe, healthy work environment.
She has gained skills and experience on numerous projects surveying, analyzing, and assessing health and safety in the manufacturing sector including for noise, air quality assessments, ergonomic evaluations, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, and other hazards. Beyond compliance with health and safety regulations, she works to build a culture of safety in workplaces. Always learning, she keeps up with changing regulations and trends in her field, including the impacts of the pandemic on workplaces. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring local hiking trails, baking banana bread, and playing board games with her friends.
