As a project controls specialist, Dominique has supported regional and senior leadership throughout her 20 years with Stantec. This has included financial reporting for over 15 working groups and 2,000 staff across our Ontario and Atlantic Canada regions.
Dominique enjoys helping both external and internal clients achieve their goals. She does so by supporting project management teams with project initiation, plans, cost monitoring, change management, contract compliance, and subcontractor management. Her financial reporting expertise includes earned value management, project forecasts, trend analysis, and cost risk assessments. Dominique is currently responsible for the project controls, schedule management, and financial reporting for a large 5-year joint venture initiative with Laboratories Canada, a branch of PSPC. She prides herself on being flexible and feels most rewarded by earning respect from her peers and clients.
Outside of work, Dominique loves to paint, sew, or craft—anything that is creative!
