A seasoned project manager and municipal engineer, Cavin finds that the most rewarding part of his work is understanding the needs of communities to provide thoughtful, easy-to-understand solutions. He has experience with water main replacements, sewer main replacement and rehabilitation projects, and sanitary and storm sewer lift station installations—and he’s worked on water tower rehabilitations and replacements, urban and rural street reconstructs, and private site developments and improvements.
Cavin’s know-how covers project funding through to completing the record drawings. Providing cities in the Red River Valley with funding assistance and design expertise, he also works with private developers and contractors throughout the region, supporting site due diligence and civil design. Currently, he’s working on multiple municipal and private site development projects, helping us grow our business in the Fargo-Moorhead region.
Outside of work, Cavin enjoys spending time with his family wherever possible. He enjoys time at his family deer shack, at the lake, or even just playing in the backyard.
