With an innate understanding of the design process, Tejpal leads large multi-disciplinary teams and often works across time zones on international projects.
Tejpal is responsible for promoting the highest standards of architectural, urban design, and technical delivery. In charge of developing strategic client relationships in the Middle East, he leads the interfacing process to ensure that client expectations are understood and properly conveyed to his team.
