As senior principal and director of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects in our power group, Bill works across the United States and Canada to manage project risk, professional standards, and quality assurance for our growing EPC project portfolio.
Bill has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction field, with extensive knowledge in power generation and heavy industrial. He brings a strong focus on operational agility and performance, combined with experience in operations management for industrial, power, renewable, and hydro construction. In all that he does, Bill aims to create networks in the power industry that foster collaboration among practitioners and develop new opportunities for our team.
In addition to his role at Stantec, Bill is Treasurer of the Maine Volunteer Foundation Board and Chair of the Energy/Industrial Committee for AGC Maine. He enjoys the great outdoors of Maine, as well as cheering on his son in youth sports.
