As a senior QSHE consultant, Hilde works for clients in a wide range of sectors, from industry to small and medium-sized enterprises, in fields such as metal processing, manufacturing, chemical companies, healthcare and professional services. She provides advice to clients on occupational health and safety related topics, with an eye for the interests of the various stakeholders.
Before joining Stantec, she worked for a national health service and an occupational health and safety consultancy in the Netherlands.
Thanks to her industrial hygiene background, Hilde’s particularly specialized in labor risks that may have long-term effects, such as the effects of working with hazardous substances. This complements her experience as a certified safety manager, a role in which she looks at risks that may have had short-term effects. This all makes her a versatile specialist. And a team player who enjoys contact with the workplace. How people work and which choices they make, that is what peaks Hilde's interest most.
