With a firm belief that nothing is too complicated or impossible, Adam knows complex challenges can be better understood when broken down into small steps. His experience throughout the asset life cycle—whether it’s with utilities, governments, or a mobile computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) vendor—sets him apart. Leading his team, he helps clients make sense of data, improve operational efficiency, and prioritize risks to plan and budget capital improvements and operational strategies.
Adam understands and identifies client needs, designing solutions that meet their unique challenges and improve operational and maintenance performance. Incorporating new ideas and expertise from the project team, along with new technologies and techniques, means keeping an open mind is key. He stays current with the latest solutions available in the market by managing technology partnerships and participating in industry organizations.
When he isn’t leading asset management projects, Adam balances the work week with active time in nature on the weekends. Coming off a couple of Olympic triathlons and century bike rides, he is currently training for a Half-Ironman 70.3.
