A chartered town planner with over 25 years of experience, Kim is a planning director who leads interdisciplinary consultant teams on large-scale projects.
While working across a range of planning sectors, Kim’s passion is adding value to schemes. She makes it relevant through collaboration with our clients, teams of professionals, the local community, and key stakeholders, providing long-term benefit for all. This passion was exemplified with her strategic role for our long term client, the Reading Football Club, where she led an interdisciplinary team to secure planning permission for a new first—a team and academy training facility along with a residential development. She was also a key driver to the development of the Reading 2050 Vision, collaborating with Reading UK and the University of Reading, local businesses, and the local community.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys travelling with her family—as a keen cook, she loves expanding her appreciation of global cuisines. She can also often be found in her garden or on walks in the countryside.
