A civil engineer, Tom has 17 years’ experience delivering multi-million dollar projects in government, defense, and private sectors. He has a strong understanding of technical construction methods, project specifications, and contract administration, and uses his knowledge in his role as a team leader.
Tom developed his experience in the Canberra and surrounding region working on major road infrastructure projects such as the Ellerton Drive Extension, New South Wales Bushfire Recovery, and Monaro Highway 1B and 1C—where he was particularly instrumental in facilitating Indigenous participation outcomes for the community. He has also managed Tier 1 contractors under GC21 contract conditions and has strong skills in variation valuations, construction programming, onsite construction management, and project delivery.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys family time on the farm, competing at horse events, and landscaping around the house.
