Based in Manila, Philippines, Andrea is a pursuits specialist responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of quality proposals for qualifications and quotations (RFQs) and other proposal related requests. She works collaboratively with the pursuits team to build bid plans and schedules and understand our clients’ requirements and assist with developing a creative and compelling response.
To further enhance her leadership skills and ability to be flexible, Andrea serves as the lead for the Manila chapter of our Developing Professionals Group (DPG). In that role, she runs a team of local representatives who organizes activities and events in Manila office. Andrea also initiates and administrates the budgeting and planning process annually and serves as the conduit to Manila office leadership as well as the global DPG committee.
Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about helping other people and taking care of the environment. A bit of a homebody, she loves spending time at home hanging out with her parents and the family pets.
