Having studied civil and environmental engineering, Christian has over 20 years’ experience in water treatment and waste management. As sector leader, he is actively involved in the development and execution of various projects while managing a team of engineers and professionals working on large-scale projects.
Christian has contributed to numerous drinking water and wastewater treatment projects, including major design and construction projects for new drinking water production facilities, the refurbishment of existing facilities, a variety of water characterization and pilot studies, and technology development projects.
In addition to helping upgrade the City of Montreal’s drinking water plants, Christian also performed pilot tests as part of the upgrading of drinking water plants in Puerto Rico. He also served as project manager for the construction of a new drinking water production plant—a public-private partnership project—in Saint John, New Brunswick.
