John has a diverse range of experience in all aspects of civil engineering design and project management, focusing on site development and transportation facility improvements. From site layout and utilities for commercial, residential, and industrial developments to the complexities of roadway and bridge design, John has brought to communities, as well as to private and public-sector clients, creativity and responsiveness along with extensive experience in state and local approvals processes.
One exemplary project, for which John’s creativity, collaboration, and communications skills were invaluable, was Stonington Commons, a diverse development in which an historic factory site was reimaged into a multi-use community. His responsiveness and attention to detail resulted in effective team work and success in winning over the community. Even the skeptics now admit that our vision and technical assessments created an extremely positive impact on the community.
