Also, a Transport Infrastructure Operations Manager, she has a broad-based understanding of interdisciplinary issues, enabling her to lead and manage her team to deliver projects in a safe and efficient manner. Ruta believes success in a project goes beyond simply completing it, it depends on close collaboration within and outside the design team, the connections and relationships formed and strengthened. She enjoys the liaison role required across disciplines, clients, contractors and other stakeholders, as well as managing the team’s development and upskilling.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling with her husband. To keep fit, she enjoys rebounding and doing yoga.
