Carol has worked in the environmental consulting industry for more than nine years. She specializes in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance as well as due diligence. As an environmental scientist focusing on compliance, she has worked with a variety of clients covering many different industries and has developed an intricate understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
She’s flexible, creative, and quickly learns and applies new skills as a fundamental part of her role. This came in handy when she was seconded to a semi-conductor research facility where she served as an EHS manager for 18 months. There, she managed hazardous waste, completed required permitting, conducted and managed employee training, and brought the facility into compliance with state and federal requirements.
