With over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors in Northern Ireland, England, and Scotland, Lynsey aims to further strengthen our planning expertise in the United Kingdom across all sectors.
Prior to joining Stantec, Lynsey was preparing and managing major applications and appeals for residential development on behalf of a strategic land promoter in Scotland. She was directly involved in securing consent for several hundred new homes throughout the central belt—from Gregory Road and Brotherton Farm in Livingston to Newtonlees in Dunbar and other locations in Pencaitland and Larbert. Having spent several years in consultancy in Scotland, Lynsey has covered a range of development work from retail and commercial to healthcare and residential. Now, Lynsey is using her experience to deliver a range of projects across our range of active sectors, including regeneration, leisure, and energy developments.
Outside of work, Lynsey enjoys regular HIIT classes, walking her dog, and running around after her children.
