A chartered town planner, Lyndon has over 20 years’ private sector experience delivering commercial, robust, and flexible planning solutions that unlock complicated sites. He’s a strategic leader of our commercial and industrial sector—and with his in-depth knowledge of the logistics sector, he advises several leading clients.
Through his work with Thames Enterprise Park, Lyndon’s experienced in advising on the new government-designated Thames Freeport. He’s helped developers secure homes and infrastructure funding on several large-scale estate renewal projects in the United Kingdom, including a 1,750 unit Queensway scheme in Southend. Most recently he’s helping several developers establish landholdings in for offices, lab, and tech space in and around Greater Cambridge.
Outside of work, Lyndon spends as much time as he can with his young family, but he still loves a beer and follows pretty much any sport—he’s a die-hard Liverpool fan and a keen follower of cricket. In the summer, you might find him climbing a French mountain on his bike.
