Implementation is at the forefront of Ryan’s planning approach—he includes potential funding, revenue, and grant sources as part of deliverables. Working remotely from Tacoma, Ryan participates on three City boards to provide guidance on community growth and associated policy choices.
A big urban explorer and street photographer, Ryan loves to visit older cities and explore their neighborhoods and legacy business districts on foot. He also spends a lot of time camping and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
