For Ricky, transportation engineering is more than moving people and products from point A to point B. As a project manager in our Raleigh office, he delivers large, multidisciplinary transportation design projects across the Carolinas, focusing on accelerated delivery, future operations and maintenance, asset management, safety and mobility, and transportation policy.
Ricky brings more than 35 years of progressive transportation experience including construction, maintenance, operations, and key leadership roles with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), where he served as the deputy chief engineer. His work has included environmentally sensitive design on the Hampstead Bypass in Pender County as well as context sensitive interchange design on the ongoing NC 24 Roseboro Bypass project.
Ricky’s goal is to move the needle in every endeavor, to keep his clients happy and keep them excited to have him on their team. Outside of work, you might find him landscaping his home to provide some scenic beauty for the community or taking a long, reflective walk with his wife.
