Sarah is a civil engineer who is passionate about water and who respects that her designs directly impact her community. She specializes in drinking water treatment design and master planning.
Sarah sees her projects as puzzles to be solved. Taking the pieces that a client presents, she dives right in, rearranging, adding, and removing pieces until reaching a solution that meets the client’s needs. Sarah brought this approach to the City of Columbus, Ohio's Hap Cremean Water Plant (125 MGD) UV Disinfection project where she puzzled out how to retrofit 24 existing filter effluent conduits with 20-inch UV reactors. Using her process design skills and ability to collaborate with other technical disciplines, Sarah successfully produced an end product that satisfied all stakeholders involved.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring nature, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
