With more than 25 years of experience as an executive leader in technology and innovation, Neal is driven to constantly question how we “think and do.” Recognizing the world is increasingly connected and data-driven, he helps clients adapt their thinking and approach to respond to ever-evolving environments.
As the senior director of Stantec GenerationAV™, our autonomous vehicle (AV) consulting arm focused on accelerating AV adoption, Neal leads our team of experts to deploy AVs in communities and markets around the world. He also leads our product development process to find new, creative solutions and resources for our clients, like the GenerationAV Learning Center. To accomplish this, Neal applies his knowledge of deploying AVs at more than two dozen locations across North America. He believes that innovation and transformation rely on great program and project management.
Neal enjoys coaching his two boys in baseball, soccer, and basketball. He is very passionate about teaching kids the right way to play sports—to enjoy the game and learn the importance of working as a team.
