Sheina is a problem solver. Leading our Northwest Region, she’s got her eye on developing corporate recognition for our brand, especially as leaders in sustainable, long-term projects. She understands the value of designing projects where people are integrated into the process and where health, safety, and long-term maintainability are the primary objectives.
Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Sheina has a unique perspective on the planning and design process. She knows what it means to be responsible for infrastructure improvements and what these projects can mean for a community. It’s about laying the groundwork for future development that can kickstart a city’s economic engine.
An advocate for creating an inclusive work environment, Sheina believes that diversity is the key to great design—for our clients and for our communities. She’s an active member on our Diversity and Inclusion Council in the US, and in this role, she’s been involved with the Women Leadership Development subcommittee. Plus, she’s a certified unconscious bias facilitator.
